Meet Mary Johnson, founder of Vitiman Kandie, LLC, a plant-based lifestyle advocate who shares her journey and tips on incorporating plants, including CBD for optimal health.
Using plants in every area of your life is the key to optimizing your health. Incorporating cannabis into your diet with complimentary herbs and vegetation can significantly transform health. Mary Johnson, the founder of Vitiman Kandie in Cleveland,OH understands that more than most, so she has penned two books about a holistic approach to a plant-based lifestyle.
In 2010, Johnson lost over 120 pounds in one year and needed a way to repair her digestive system after such a significant weight loss. Her extensive knowledge of healthy foods and physical fitness experience lead her to write the book From This to That to help others with their weight loss journey. The book has a three-step guide with a meal plan and a journal for tracking progress.
Thorough research and years of experience culminated in the creation of Vitiman Kandie, a line of cold-pressed juices, all-natural herbs, tea blends, and other healthy catering options. Additionally, she offers health coaching, meal plan guidance, and wellness boxes with products needed for a cleanse.
In all aspects of her work, Johnson is passionate about educating and building a space for people to learn about healthier plant-based options. But her commitment to fostering community goes beyond sharing her experience through Vitiman Kandie; Johnson partners with local Cleveland groups to donate food and clothing weekly.
Johnson also discusses the nutritional benefits of adding CBD to a plant-based wellness program on online platforms like Clubhouse and other forms of public speaking.
